The Scout readiness level in England has been changed to Amber, which sees small groups of young people getting together for the first time since the 17th of March, when it was announced that “All face to face meetings, activities, and events must be suspended”. The next readiness level, Yellow, which will see indoor group sessions make a return, requires the number of coronavirus cases to be low and decreasing, with a full track and trace system in place.
